Focusing on human resources management, we have sought appropriate management in each environment. Specifically, I have focused on psychological aspects such as the commitment of young employees, and have focused on organizational revitalization as a research theme. In career education and research, we are mainly working on elucidating the mechanism that encourages career search for university students. Also, from 2019, we are conducting research on teamwork that promotes collective creativity.
