Among the themes related to human resource development, we are conducting research aimed at fostering young people. Specifically, I am researching the development of young employees and what kind of experience is important at an educational institution as pre-employment education . Among them, especially related to the practice and effectiveness verification of leadership education I am mainly engaged in research.
