Mr. Sasaki joined Recruit Co., Ltd. as a graduate hire, working as a human resource development consultant and researcher. He then served as head of the human resource development division at Hay Consulting Group (now Korn Ferry). Subsequently, he joined PERSOL RESEARCH AND CONSULTING CO., LTD., where he established a human resource consultancy business and served as Executive Officer. Currently, he conducts research at the company’s research headquarters, focusing on Japanese-style job-based employment and human resource assessment. His specialized areas include human resource assessment frameworks, human resource strategy and planning, global leader selection and development, and organization development. He earned a master’s degree from the Graduate School of Business Administration at Keio University.
