KAKINAKA MakotoVisiting Professor

Graduated from Keio University Faculty of Science and Technology. After engaging in foreign bond and stock management at a financial institution, I was seconded to an investment advisory company in New York. Engaged in US fixed income and equity portfolio management as a portfolio manager. After that, I obtained a doctorate in economics from Cornell University. After returning to Japan, I engaged in education and research on financial systems, international finance, and public policy as a lecturer, associate professor, and professor at the Graduate School of International Relations, International University. I published many research papers in international academic journals. Currently I am a professor at the Graduate School of Human and Social Studies, Hiroshima University.
