My specialty is industrial and organizational psychology, and I conduct research on the corporate philosophy. My research focuses on the process of permeation of organizational values and the effects on the psychology and behavior of organizational members. We conduct joint research with companies with the aim of applying the findings of research to business and management. I am also engaged in research on group characteristics and communication to enhance team creativity.
