After working as an assistant at the college of Economics at Rikkyo University and a full-time lecturer at Shobi University, incumbent .Ph.D. (Business Administration, Rikkyo University). Centre for Evolution of Global Business and Institutions (the York Management School) Associate Fellow (April 2017-). The current research subjects are organizational theory research and theoretical and empirical research on the creative ability of companies and the ideal way of management organization.
