Dr. Yasuda engages in empirical research from the perspectives of human resource management and organizational behavior, with a focus on exploring the sustainable growth of individuals and organizations. Her research spans role transitions from general employees to managers; the mechanisms of personnel transfers and organizational adaptation; human resource management of professionals in the medical and welfare sectors; next-generation leadership development; and the development of dialogue-based organizations.
